About the show

Jo Frost: Nanny on Tour is a new US reality and parenting television series that has premiered on Up TV on January 28, 2016. It is executive produced by Mike Evans and produced by Nanny Jo Productions. The first season contains 10 hourlong episodes.

Jo Frost: Nanny on Tour follows a concept similar to that of Supernanny, Frost`s previous show, only now she relocates to a new city each week and assists one family in need of her advice and expertise. This time she uses video surveillance equipment that`s installed in the family home (with consent, of course) to monitor their parenting style and pinpoint the mistakes that are being made. The British-born nanny then uses her unique mixture of humor, love and experience to improve the situation for her clients, and stays in touch with them to fine tune their relationships wit the children through homework assignments and counseling sessions.

Reviews and renewal

The series has already been renewed for a second season, as Jo Frost`s official page states. There have been some mixed reviews about the series due to what some people feel is exploitation of children on the part of their families. Otherwise the show has a steady audience of parents who like to learn from other parents` mistakes. Jo will also offer her advice in different communities and public places such as shopping malls and airports. Will the nanny franchise that already includes several shows go on to include a second season of Jo Frost: Nanny on Tour? Time will tell, meanwhile, stay tuned for relevant updates.
