Basic info and storyline

Treetop Cat Rescue is a new reality and documentary show that follows cat rescues from Seattle’s tallest trees. Produced by Pilgrim Studios, the show was developed for Animal Planet by Kurt Tondorf and Karl Rudolfo with season 1 making its debut on May 30, 2015.

Brothers-in-law Shaun Sears and Tom Otto are certified arborists who also run a non-profit organization called Canopy Cat Rescue. The two are highly skilled in climbing some of Washington’s tallest timbers in an effort to rescue panicked felines trapped in its branches. Treetop Cat Rescue is a heartwarming show that has viewers rooting for the rescuers as much as the unsuspecting furry cast members who have gotten themselves stuck.
