Series info and storyline

So Awkward is a children`s sitcom broadcast on CBBC since 2015. It is created by Julie Bower, written by Bower, Mark Oswin, Bebe Blake, Matt Brito and Anthony McMurray. The show`s produced by Channel X and executive produced by Alan Marke, Jim Reid, Sue Nott and Chris Rose. The first two series are comprised of thirteen half-hour episodes. The current second series premiered on August 25, 2016.

One can hardly think of a more awkward age than the teenage years., and the comedy show features an ensemble cast of three awkward13-year -olds, Lily Hampton (Cleo Demetrio), Jas Salford (Ameerah Falzon-Op) and Martha Fitzgerald (Sophia Dall`aglio).The girls are doing their best to fit in at school and manage their teenage troubles of various caliber – school life, dating and family relationships. The cast includes Jamie Flatters (as Matt Furnish), Archie Lyndhurst (as Ollie Coulton), Flynn Horne (Jason Hampton), and others.
