Show information and plot

An all-new Comedy Central adult animated comedy series, Legends of Chamberlain Heights premiered on September 14, 2016. The show hails from Bento Box Entertainment with a star-studded team of executive producers that includes Brad Ableson, Quinn Hawking, Josiah Johnson, Michael Starrbury, Devon Shepard, Scott Greenberg and Joel Kuwahara. It is created by Ableson, Hawking, Johnson, Starrbury and Mike Clements.

Three high school students at the center of the story – Jamal, Milk and Grove – are not star players on their school basketball team, but their dream is to earn their peers` respect and become popular both on and off the court. Quinn Hawking is the voice behind Jamal, while Josiah Johnson voices both Grover and Milk.

Current viewership and early renewal

The show is doing well ratings-wise, with 0.672 million viewers tuning in for the series premiere, sliding to 0.484 million for the following week. However, review aggregator sites have not been kind to the show, which currently holds a measly 3.8/10 score on IMDb. Even prior to the series premiere Legends of Chamberlain Heights has already been renewed for a second season, and perhaps the star creator and producer team will be able to pull it off and bring up the ratings and viewers` response. Stay tuned for release date information for season 2 of Legends of Chamberlain Heights.
