About the show
It is amazing how the audience just cannot get enough of dream lifestyle real estate shows, and another one of them, Unreal Estate, was just launched on Nine Network in Australia. The first series premiered on September 27, 2016 with Kate Langbroek and comedian Cameron Knight as the presenters.
The show features the hosts exploring the most exotic, luxurious and unusual properties in different corners of Australia. These extraordinary homes feature amazing sporting spaces, game rooms, and various other jaw-dropping toys that most of us can admire and only dream of acquiring. The first episodes introduced the audience to the most amazing beach houses, country estates, and socialites’ party houses. A curious detail that Knight and Langbroek have picked up on while touring these design and architecture masterpieces is that there is usually one room full of regular uncomplicated furniture that is not designed (or often even cleaned) to perfection, but is there to allow the owners to unwind and relax.
Viewership and chances of renewal
769,000 viewers tuned in to see the series premiere of Unreal Estate, and the show is currently averaging a solid 650,000 viewers per episode. Whether or not we will see another series of Unreal Estate remains to be seen, but the ratings are strong, and it seems like a plausible possibility. However, there isn’t anything in particular that distinguishes the show from similarly themed ones, so it is rather difficult to predict its fate. Stay tuned and we will bring you the latest information on the fate of the program.
