Basic info and summary

Silicon Valley is a comedy series that pivots on the business and personal adventures of six young guys who found a startup company in Silicon Valley. Created by Mike Judge, John Alschuler and Dave Krinsky, the first season consisted of just eight episodes which debuted on HBO on April 6, 2014. season 2 was released on April 12, 2015 and Silicon Valley season 3 premiered on April 24, 2016.

Richard Hendricks, played by Thomas Middleditch, is a shy and reclusive programmer who works at a giant internet company call Hooli. After a series of rough patches in his career, he pitches a new music app that he’s helped develop within a startup incubator to his company, and is offered several multi million dollar deals. Rounding out the cast of Silicon Valley is Josh Brener who stars as Nelson “Big Head” Bighetti, Martin Starr portrays Bertram Gilfoyle, T.J. Miller as Erlich Bachman, and Kumail Nanjiani as Dinesh Chugtai.
