Basic info and plot
Don’t Be Tardy is an American reality television show that chronicles the daily lives Kim Zolchiak (Real Housewives of Atlanta) and her family. Produced by True Entertainment, the series has been airing on Bravo since April 26, 2012.
The series began as Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding which followed Kim and her now husband, Kroy as they prepared for their wedding. Season 2 of the series, now called simply Don’t Be Tardy aired on April 16, 2013. Documenting Kim Zolchiak’s transition from Real Housewives of Atlanta to her own show as she takes care of her family, constructs her dream home and manages to live out of the townhouse with the couples growing family.
Season 4 of Don’t Be Tardy premiered on August 16, 2015 with an episode titled “On the Move”, where Kroy gets hired as NFL free agent and the family sees it as a positive to think about moving out. Attracting over 1.3 million viewers, the show is still a hit with audiences who love a healthy does of reality television. But with Kim’s involvement with another TV project with longtime friend NeNe, called NeNe and Kim: The Road to Riches, will we see a fifth season of the show? Bravo has made no official announcements, but we expect that Kim’s popularity will push the network toward renewing Don’t Be Tardy for season 5.

In a bulk renewal announcement on April 27, 2016 the network has revealed the renewal of a diverse slate of unscripted series, including the Real Housewives of Atlanta spinoff Don`t Be Tardy, which has been renewed for a fifth season.
